Avoid for your own sanity. Check in was awful- they tried to charge me for a 31 day stay, instead of 1. Gave me a room that had blood on the bed, and another man’s belongings. The front desk said “they broke in again..” Check out was impossible, no one in the lobby 30 minutes after the time posted.

This is not a good place to stay. The property is filthy, run down and moldy. The rooms smell of smoke and mold. The rooms are also obscenely dirty. This property should not be on hotels.com. Do not stay here!!!!!

I'm all honesty I should have done my research on this place. You would think directly behind Papadeaux and one block from Landmark would be nice. You would be wrong. Absolute dump. Unless you need to stay here long term avoid at all costs.

The room was dirty and everything was broken. And when I say everything, I mean everything. Bathroom door, tub faucet, cabinets, bedside table, kitchen, everything. Constantly had people wandering around outside, so I slept with one eye open.

Older property. Seems a lot of the guests are long term. Staff were incredibly helpful. Would probably stay again as close to office.

While we knew it wasn't going to be the nicest hotel, this hotel really shocked us with how bad it was. When we arrived around 11pm, the door was locked and we had to wait about 20 min outside to be let inside to get the keys to our room. We walked to our room (they are all outside rooms which I wasn't aware of) late at night and the room smelled like smoke and was super old and rundown. Luckily we only had to stay there one night and left early in the morning. If I had booked more than one night I would've just left and gone somewhere else. I would not recommend staying here even though the price is really cheap. Not worth it

The room was cute, but definitely kind of rundown, especially for the area. It was in on top of that. There were a couple of blood stains on the comforter, decided not to stay the night. It ruined the trip and we decided to go home.

They didn't have the right room. The room wasn't clean. There was poop out Maude of our room. There was powder on the floor. Toilet ran. Crumbs all over. TV was cracked. Disgusting. My daughter accidentally left her brand new journal because we left to rapidly because we didn't feel like it was a safe place due to the cleanliness.

Room was extremely dirty and smelly. Worst place I have ever stayed. We went out for the day and when we came back all of our belongings had been moved out of our room and taken to the office. Staff was very difficult to work with.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. I am requesting a refund. It was so gross and the furniture was blocking access to the bathroom kitchen. The couch looked like they took it off the side of the road trash. I can't even say how bad it was. The bathroom was gross and the shower had the walls falling off.

This property was horrible. There were big mold spots all over the ceiling in the bathroom, paint was peeling off the tiles in the shower, the drywall was bulging in the kitchen wall from water damage, water damage all around the sink, stains all over the hide-a-bed sofa, curtains off the rod with a safety pin to hold the curtains shut and red wax from a candle all down the entry wall. It was so bad we couldn’t even stay there 1 night and had to find another hotel to stay in. Totally gross.

The location was good but there were a lot of homeless walking aroung the area. Once in the room it was cleam but run down, holes in the wall, paint chipped, night stand dirty. The light by the bed did not work and when you moved the nightstand there was food behind the nightstand, and no electric plate on the socket which created a short in the wall socket.

The exterior of the property looks nice and is in a great area. The interior was not very clean and not in good condition. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

When I got there they told me that they didn’t have the room I reserved available so they had to give us separate one bedroom rooms then they made us move into the room I reserved but it was dirty and the toilet overflowed the microwave didn’t work and the lights didn’t work in the vanity area. Plus it took the staff from 7:30pm to 11 pm when they finally came to fix it. Staff just left the bathroom dirty towels on the floor and left. Overall experience was horrible.

Horrible room my daughters found a vape under the bed. My wife smoked cigarettes outside and threw away the butts in the trash in the room and we got charged 250$ fee for smoking.

Room was very run down. Bug hole in the bathroom door. Sofa bed had NO mattress so i couldnt even sit on it as it was caved in. Carpet seemed sirty Lots of stains. Wall next to bed has like dried blood splatter. Bed very hard and big hump in the middle. Will not ever come back.

The whole place was trash. My room smelled like cigarette smoke and urine. The bathroom was disgusting, the carpet was gross, the beds are rock hard. The front door to the room had a huge gap in it. Very disappointing and not like the pictures.

I checked into the room and left after 30 minutes and was given a full refund. The room was dirty not up to date. The entire hotel looked like a slum. Certainly not worth the money or value. I was able to get almost a Similar rate at a Hyatt close by and had an excellent experience there.

Pre-booked and pre paid for a 2 queen suit with a pull out sofa. Arrive after 12 hours on the road, at midnight to be told the room I booked is not available and I’ll get a smaller room. Me, stupidly thinking it’s just be only a 2 queen room and I have 3 little kids who need a bed to sleep in. Get to the room, it’s one queen. There are 5 of us. I don’t understand how I paid for a room ahead of time and then it’s not available for me? And to top it off, the room stunk and was so dingy, the tub was dirty, just overall a bad experience.

Front desk took forever just to greet me. Room smelled like smoke. Floor was gross. Furniture had not been wiped of. Paint chipped, counter edge broken. They charged per hour to use wifi. Overall just gross. Could have stayed at a Hyatt for $10 more and had light years better experience.

This place was in really bad shape. There was a mixup at check-in (they didn't have the room we reserved that would fit my family) and they had to split us into two rooms. Then at 4:40am, two employees entered the room where my wife was without knocking. They didn't know the room had been rented and there had been many break-in's recently. They assumed we had broken in. Scared her pretty badly. They were very friendly as it was sorted out, but overall the place was a disaster.
