I always enjoy staying here. The rooms are nice. The staff is friendly. My dog and I enjoy the courtyard. There has been a little slippage in maintenance but not bad. The chairs in the room could have been more comfortable but otherwise the room was fine. The breakfast was very good, as usual. We had eggs, Canadian bacon, potatoes and waffles. We highly recommend this Inn.

First choice when traveling to Denver area. Great location for the things I want to do.

The elevator was broken and they didn’t tell us and we had to carry all our bags 4 flights of stairs and I have a bad hip.
Then we get to our room at 11:30and there is a dog barking the entire night next to us.

We are snowbirds and travel between Phoenix and Wisconsin. With our small dog twice a year. We found the hotel to be very clean and quiet and newly refurbished. I felt comfortable enough to walk barefoot on the carpeting!

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Very well maintained, clean. Ample parking space and conveniently located. IHOP just located nearby. Lot of options for breakfast. Overall very satisfying stay.

Shower floor was too slippery and caused me to fall while showering. No major injury sustained but could have been bad. The breakfast was terrible, eggs were like rubber and potatoes were under cooked.

Got harassed about a $50 deposit . Calling the room multiple times, knocking on the door at 9 pm waking my baby up , and calling my personal phone all because I booked a second night they wanted an additional $50 deposit. One of the worst experiences EVER

It was very clean. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. The room was surprisingly spacious. An hour away from Colorado Springs so if you’re here a few days you can do day trips conveniently into many mountain areas.

Overall, I give it a good (not excellent) rating. This hotel is located closed to I-25 highway. Some of the rooms are closer to the highway which makes them a bit noisy. I stayed there for 10 nights, and overall I am happy.

Property was clean and easy to get too. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and took care of a TV issue I had. Great place to stay! I will go back again.

Everything was superb except for the area by the north entrance. It snowed, thankfully the sidewalk was shoveled and parking lot, but there was 4’ from the sidewalk to the parking lot that wasn’t. It doesn’t get a lot of sun so it got icy, Hopefully, nobody fell, but it was pretty slippery! Otherwise, your hotel is excellent and I will be staying there in future trips to CO!!!! Thank you!!

Great set up for a heavy traffic hotel with Mountain view options. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel customer service was good. The room was clean. Most of the hallways were clean, except for a part on the rug near our door that had a large, shiny, sticky spot. The hotel room was large, but the bed was hard. The bathroom was great. There are some safety concerns around the hotel, including what looked to be drug deals. The courtyard was great, including for those who have dogs. It should be noted that this La Quinta Inn charges $25/night up to 3 nights for pets, which is unusual for La Quinta. This fee is not listed on the website.

Woke up at 7:00am to the sound of leaf blowers and chainsaws right outside my door. It was extremely loud and lasted for hours. Anything but peaceful. Was pretty upset. Not sure why they scheduled leaf blowers and cleanup so early.

The lobby and dining area were very, very nice. It was a decent breakfast. The room was just okay. The air conditioner didn't work and the beds were below par compared to most other hotels (especially the pillows). What made our stay stand out at this hotel was the employees. They were all very friendly and helpful. Torisha and Javiera were standouts - friendly and helpful. Javiera was just great when we had a complication with our visit, she was very kind and wanted to help us. Thank you!!!
