Basic Hotel, it’s a little old and needs some updating.

The room was clean and very pleasant. We were able to check in early and not have to wait until after our event which gave quite a few of my group peace of mind. Served and cleanliness was great! Will stay again.

Our room was missing USB outlets! We only had the usb plug and not the adapter. Just more of an inconvenience to us. Also pillows were horrible. Food was so, so. But do love the selection of teas and creamer. Overall was a 3 rating.

This was a last minute stay after the sale of our home. I was very comfortable and appreciated the peace and quiet.

Room wasn’t bad… the bed is old and was concaving in. NOT sound proof at ALL! I could everything and I mean everything, thankfully people decided to go to bed about 11:30pm. Then housekeeping opened our door at 8:15am!?!

The room's bed was awful in Room 101. Wallpaper was pleaing or cracking. Even after we turn the thermostat down it was very hot in that room.
Breakfast was ok. The hot tube was broke. Pool was ok.

Great stay. Slightly older hotel but clean and an overall great experience. Their breakfast was top notch. The only downfall was that the hot tub was not working at the time of our stay.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by business offices. There is a Sprouts Grocery a short walking distance away next to a liquor store and many eating options also within the same complex. Right next door to the hotel is a Eating Hall where you can order a variety of foods and drinks, also an Indian Restaurant just behind that. So convenient!

Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hot tub not working which was a disappointment as this was the reason we booked.

The staff here are friendly and attentive. We had an issue with the heating, but someone was sent to correct it. We had a comfortable stay.

Great hotel, clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included (warm and cold food options). Especially loved the extra treats during the day (from the no judgement zone). Good value for the price and conveniently located close to grocery store, lightrail public transit.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful in getting my clothes washed. Apparently they are renovating the laundy but they alowed me to wash clothes in their machines.
Only giving a 4 because at check in I was not told about gym, pool, laundry situation and was not welcomed as a gold member like i have with other hotels.com properties

I was expecting a business oriented professional experience. There were several unprofessional signage on the doors and the tables had ads for drag shows. Leave all the liberal cap and personal views out of the business.

The hotel was older and a bit run-down, the room could use some updates. But overall it was clean and comfortable. I didn't have much interaction with the staff but they all seemed nice and helpful.

I’ve stayed @ The Wingate many times and I’ve always had a positive experience. This stay was during the 1st snowstorm of the season where temperatures were in the low 20’s . After being out in the cold @ The Chiefs/Broncos NFL game I arrived to a cold room where the heater only blew out cold air. It was miserable.

Staff was great, accommodating, and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was ok too. The room was in poor shape with foundation cracks on walls, a thermostat that would not control the ac, very dirty vents, and a bathroom door that you couldn’t open from outside of the bathroom if the door was closed and the handle would pull off when you would try to us it. Some stains on the bathroom floor too. It’s typical for what you get for a room that cost ~$120/night these days. Nothing more or less.

Breakfast was not what it used to be when we have stayed in the past. Running out or not restocking items during service, even in the earlier hours. One morning multiple staff were watching telenovelas in the breakfast area, not really an issue except for the multiple sex implied scenes. Fortunately no children were there but extremely unprofessional. Loud party first nights stay, baby shower I believe, 5-7 yr olds playing doorbell ditch on our room not very fun. Probably our last visit to this location unfortunately.

Overall the hotel, service, and breakfast was good. We booked for family vacation. We were very disappointed when pool/ hot tub were out of service enen though I called prior to booking and was informed was working.
Requested a discount and was denied.

The lady at the front was nice and professional. Are room was clean and bed comfy. The room was really dark, it needs more lights. I don't think our room was as pretty as the pics. It could use a little updating too. But for the price not bad. One thing we didn't like was as soon as someone took a shower or flushed toilet on upper floors you could immediately hear it. Its ok for an overnight stay.

My stay at Wingate was awesome thanks to the amazing staff! Bernice and Tammy at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful! Highly recommended stay.

It smelled wet in our room like there was mold from the lack of ventilation in the restroom. Paid $325 for a room that maybe was worth $125. Not the worst I’ve stayed at just was not worth the price.
