Great location comfortable bed
I took a bath and later noticed after I drained the water that there was apparently a leak and all the bath water had leaked through the wall and soaked the carpet on the other side, soaking my clothes shoes and bag as well. The staff didn't seem particularly concerned and told me a maintenance person wasn't on site either. I now have damaged shoes and walked out with a bag full of wet clothes. I spoke to a manager this morning and all he offered was an apology and hoped I would come back soon. I told him I would be using hotels a lot over the next few weeks yet was offered nothing in the way of a discounted rate next time or even an opportunity to speak to someone above his station. Also the WiFi is very slow.
