I like the room and location
Didn't like that my water didn't work for a shower.And I had to change rooms in the middle of the night

Everything was excellent!!! Although I wish I could have been bukkaked by strangers while dressed up as a slutty girl... maybe next time?
I didn't care for the breakfast as I was busy making myself look pretty and the menu is basically snack food except for the oatmeal of which I would rather have a bathtub full of to bathe and have sex in...

Dirty, smelled really bad throughout the entire building

It smelled bad from the minute we walked in the front door, all of the hall and room carpets were stained and the halls did not appear to have been vacuumed. There were no cups, the bathtub was either dirty or stained-, bad enough that we didn’t shower

It was clean and quiet. All the staff members were nice. The a/c worked great. It was comfortable stay.
I was able to hear the ppl above me walk. Though they seemed like they were stomping more than walking.

STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. However, very little offered for breakfast, but with the value I guess I expected this. "Take and GO" as reported by staff was a bit of a stretch. lol

stayed for awhile about a week people were nice but I think they thought I was not here for work and just a random bum or something. got weird looks and cold shoulders from some who work there.

the staff the rooms are decent but not for Greenwood Village. It was decent but I'm Not happy with the overall amenities available.
Overpriced overpriced overpriced for the lack of amenities and the area it was very underwhelming.

Location was good, right off the freeway.
I didn't like the fact that the manager or employee came to me with an attitude assuming why I was complaining through third party. I just notified them my situation without escalating anything already. I appreciate the fact that my concern got fixed but that was after I raised my tone a little for my voice to be heard. That was the ONLY down side to their customer service. I don't know if he deals with a lot of customers like that but he was already assuming I was rude, etc. & I did not appreciate that at all.

When I asked for a freshening of my room when I extended my stay, I was turnd down. I have never stayed in a place where cusotmers didn't matter.

The man at the front desk was very pleasant
Upon checking in, we were told that they had to let a housekeeper go and were behind on getting rooms cleaned. They said they would check their sister locations so we didn't need to wait. There were not any rooms available at their sister locations. We waited about 45 minutes for our room to be available after being told they have a crew that will stay late to make sure we have a room here. We got settled and had to run back down to get kitchen dishes because there were not any in the kitchenette. Then, as we went to make the pullout bed, there was not any bedding or pillows. Again, we had to go down to get them. They didn't have pillows available but they would let us know soon if any became available. We got a call about an hour later and again, had to go downstairs to get them. I understand what happened with their housekeeping situation and the customer experience definitely suffered because of it.

No coffee, no food at all for breakfast due to on going pandemic restrictions. Not really the fault of the hotel itself, just unreasonable restrictions. Also NO internet.

The location was very convenient! Check-in was smooth and the staff was accomodating when it came to early arrival. The bed was also comfortable and the TV had good channels.
I had to move rooms and the room I stayed in the smell of tobacco smoke was very strong, the back burner on the stove didn't work and the dishwasher was broken. When I needed something from the front desk staff I was either completely avoided or given the run-around. Hotel doesn't take cash for stays less than 7 days, though Booking.com didn't specify that.

I liked everything.. as for my last review I was going by the hand out that I was giving when I first checked in about not getting fresh towels. Then I noticed we had gotten fresh towels on June 21.

Our stayb was extremely pleasant the staff was outstanding and super helpful. Laundry facility was very clean was out if soap but had some behind desk they gave me for free dye to the inconvenience of the machine being out. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

I could see the mountains but the highway was right outside of the room.
There was broken curtain rods and rips in the couch. The freezer didn't work and melted ice cream happened.

People trying to come in my room not realize I'm in it how extended stay America perks suck u in so the rate goes up to $88 I changed that by exiting and put my other email in booking to get awesome rate thank u booking I called customer resalotion to get the funds back for a better deal like they said I could it was all lies no refund and anything they can do to not fallow thru on there end is all I got staff on property no complaints

Entire place smelled like cigarettes. Dog poop EVERYWHERE outside. No pots/pans/flatware in the kitchen- making the entire point of staying in a place with a kitchen pointless. Walls are so thin I could hear my neighbor snoring and upstairs neighbor pacing back and forth all night. Rooms dark, slimy, dirty, and overall gross. I will NEVER stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone.
