This property was perfect for our adult family of 5 and 1 baby. Property was very clean, pool was perfect size for our family. The proximity to the beach was great and the beach chairs and umbrella was a nice bonus. Joe was extremely wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was very clean with up to date appliances while the pool and backyard were fabulous. We ended up driving to the beach just to make it more convenient, but walking would have been doable (three of us are expecting). Management was so helpful and were able to quickly answer our questions. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

We had a great time in Destin. The house was great and had everything we needed. Joe was super helpful! The weather was cool, but it didn't stop us from having a good time. It was our first trip to Destin, our kids {ages 7, 4, 4, & 2} had a blast!! The beaches are gorgeous! Loved the privacy of the house and the pool.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. There was a lot of beach toys and they also had chairs, umbrellas and wagon to bring to the beach. The propane tank was low so I let them know and within the hour someone was at the house with a new tank and was cleaning the grill for us. On another day the A/C stopped working and within an hour someone was at the home and fixed it right away. They were very responsive with any questions or issues that came up. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed the private pool and close walk to the beach!

The house was perfect size with everything we needed, in a perfect location!! The back yard was even better! Will definitely be back!

My family and I loved our stay! We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy the pool at the house. We did have an issue with the ac but they fixed right away! I would definitely recommend!

This house couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay. There were 4 of us (adults) but it easily could’ve fit another 4 adults or kids plus more as there was space in the living room for an air mattress if needed. The space was awesome, clean, and met all our expectations. You can’t beat the fact it had a pool as well. The kitchen was stocked with items to cook, glasses, and the basics to do some laundry and run the dishwasher / hand wash some dishes, etc.. There is a grill but it definitely needs either a deep cleaning or to be replaced, & the floaties for the pool all had holes. The home is located in a gated community so we struggled a little with the code working to get in a few times, but we liked that it was tucked back off the main roads a little. We located the gate to the private beach easily with their instructions the posted on the wall. There’s also a dollar general right by the gated community which saved a lot of time when we needed to run and grab something quick! The place is also loaded with bikes and beach stuff which was awesome and much appreciated. Just note there were no beach towels so make sure you bring your own for your stay! We also loved the beach umbrella + 2 chairs they had reserved for us as the beach. The location itself is amazing - close enough to stuff to walk or ride bike as far as you want! Food, bars, shops, coffee, etc. all located nearby and the housing around the area is incredibly beautiful. We would 100% stay here again!

We had an amazing week of vacation while staying in this home. The house had everything we needed in bedding, kitchen appliances/dishes and recreation. We spent a considerable amount of time in and around the pool, as well as lounging on the furniture in the living area. The home is located just a few minutes from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We love the Destin area for the white sand beaches, restaurants and shopping!

The house was very clean and nicely updated. The beach is walking distance from the house. The house had everything you needed from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. The pool was perfect and well maintained. I would definitely stay again.

The home was very clean and beautiful! Perfect amount of room for our group of 9! The backyard was beautiful with the landscaping and the pool! The kids enjoyed the pool for hours everyday! The kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and the garage was well stocked with everything you could imagine needing for the beach! The bikes were an added bonus to get the kids back and forth to the beach! Quite and well maintained neighborhood, it felt very safe! It was also nice to be able to ride your bike to the Dollar General for any last minutes things you may have forgotten and not have to get in the car and fight traffic! The property manager was very helpful and readily available! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends for sure!

My family and I had a wonderful time. We had great weather to enjoy pool. Our AC went out one evening and the host promptly came over to resolve the issue, staying for 2 hours to fix it. We were very grateful since it was so hot!

The house was perfect for my family. The location is great. We enjoyed the patio and pool with just the right shade! We would definitely rent this house again if available!

This is a great house. So close to the beach & the little pool was fantastic. Joe was very helpful & always got right back to me if I had any questions. The house had bicycles you could ride to the private beach, which was quite the perk. We will definitely stay here again!

Captain Greens was just what we needed for Spring Break! The private heated pool was perfect for the little ones. The beach was close by and the garage was full of toys and bikes for the beach!

We were all delighted with this house, its location, the beach and the surrounding area. From the week before we arrived, I was in touch with Joe with arrival instructions and local information. Joe met us at the house upon arrival, gave us a thorough orientation to the house and even a tour of the area in his golf cart, He was a wealth of information and always available to answer any question or assist us in any way we needed. The house was immaculate and extremely well stocked for the beach. The layout was perfect for a group our size, affording a surprising amount of privacy in a small footprint. It is also very attractively decorated. The pool was great, we all enjoyed many hours in it. Basically, I cannot say enough positive things about our stay in this lovely house and yard in a beautiful part of Florida!

Everything was wonderful. We arrived and Joe met us at the property. He explained everything in very good detail from how to operate things in the house all the way to the restaurants in the area. He explained about all the recreational equipment as well as the kitchen amenities and the use of the pool. He showed me how to use the canopy among other things. He was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The kitchen was well supplied and we cooked a lot in the house. The circulation was great with the ceiling fans. Thermostat worked very well The rain head shower heads were excellent and water pressure was great. We never lacked any hot water. We had plenty of towels. There was plenty of closet space for storage. The mattresses were brand new and excellent. The house was recently remodeled and it was very modern and cozy. There were no noisy neighbors There were a lot of combinations for the doors as well as the garage as well as the entrance to the subdivision and the entrance to the beach. Suggest that people keep these accessible in their smart phones or on a piece of paper. The beach was excellent and well kept. There were lots of people on the beach. We had our own cabana and two chairs and was overall great experience at beach. It was about a five minute walk. We loved using the wagon as well as the extra chairs. We spent afternoons and evenings by the pool. Joe had the temp of water ready for us at 96°. This was great since evenings got fairly cold. During the day, it was great just to sit in the lounge in the pool. There was always plenty of pool toys and Floaties. They were plenty of places to lounge and sit down and have a drink by the side of the pool. It was a very private setting. We did forget to write in the book of the home. We apologize We loved our stay at this property. We definitely want to return.

We had a WONDERFUL time! Joe was an incredible host! Very personable, kind, and prompt! The home was exactly as listed! It’s the perfect spot for vacationing in Destin! When we come back to Destin, we will most definitely book again!!

The house location is perfect for families- it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and close to all essential stores. We used the heated pool all the days as it was chilly to be at the beach all the days. Joe Secedi was prompt and very helpful- he made sure the pool was heated and covered it when the temperature dipped below 50 some nights. The kitchen was very well stocked, the house was very clean. The kids bunk bed was perfect for them. The only reason I rated this stay at 4 is because the couch in the living room was old and not comfortable at all. The mattresses in both the bedrooms should be upgraded. We were told that the couch was on back order and will be delivered in 6-8 weeks. The pillows were old and we didn’t have enough blankets. We spoke to Joe and he immediately purchased brand new pillows and blankets for our stay. Joe is an amazing property manager, we had a great experience with him when we rented another property in the same location last year.

This house is just as pretty as the pictures and it's close to everything you might need. The pool is amazing with the fun lighting at night. All restaurants near the beach with outdoor seating are crowded at night, which is not very family friendly if you have an unvaccinated child. But the kitchen in the house provides all the all you need to cook a good meal. The seafood market that Joe recommended (Sexton's seafood) has really fresh shrimp and fish. We love it so much we got more home.

Loved the property and the pool. Above and beyond our expectaions. Great location between the strip to ocean and strip to all activites. Would highly recommend this property.

Very nice

First time in the Destin area and didn’t disappoint even with Tropical Storm Fred making landfall just east of us. Loved the private beach access, didn’t seem as crowded as other areas of the beach. Going for morning runs along the beachfront bike path was a great way to start the day. The house is in a good location and provided what we were looking for. Bill and Joe were very responsive and friendly!

Had a great time relaxing and spending some quality family time in this great house. Lots of time in the pool which was great for our little family of five. Very short walk to the private beach, which is amazing. Look forward to coming back some day.
