Nice stay, proactive communication, and nice setting. Note that this place seems to be popular with families so there will be some kid noise.

We looked around at numerous properties in Greer and chose this one for its' pet-friendly accommodation. We rented one of the small casitas that face onto the Greer Meadow and its' three stocked, private ponds. The casita was very comfortable, and the rainfall on the metal roof was pure music during the rainstorm that we had our first night there. The property was perfect for walking our dog and just relaxing during the day. The onsite restaurant was a very nice option, and we definitely enjoyed the live music on Friday and Saturday night. The limitation of the casitas is that there is no kitchen or good option for your own food preparation and cleanup. It wasn't a problem for our short stay, but another family might miss the opportunity to save on food expenses. Overall, we really enjoyed the rental and found it to be exactly what we needed for our stay. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful on the few occasions we had questions or needed anything extra. It was a perfect location for us, and we especially appreciated their willingness to accommodate us and our beloved pet.

You can’t beat it for access to all the outdoor activities and the on site ponds are nice.

I have a great stay, exactly what I was expecting from the listing. 5 stars
