La ville de Venise et les attractions pas trop loin
Difficulté à trouver l’appartement. L’odeur d’humidité. Aucun rideau à la fenêtre de notre chambre qui portait directement sur une petite ruelle passante

The apartment is clean, the bathroom is renovated, the kitchen is good. Although the host does not live there, he is always available on email and responded quickly.
The building does not have hallway lights. When I went back in the evenings, the stairways were completely dark without even a bit of light. I had to turn on my iphone flashlight, and felt unsafe, when I climbed to the 2nd (actually the 3rd) floor. If there is some hallway/stair lighting, I was not informed of that when I checked in.

Ótima localização, essencial mas não falta nada. As casas de banho partilhadas são modernas e muito limpas. O acompanhamento por parte dos funcionários é excelente.
Ouve-se um pouco o barulho das pessoas a entrar e sair dos quartos ou na casa de banho, e a ligar as luzes, o que em horários tardios incomoda um pouco. Mas é expectável num alojamento deste tipo e nada de grave, sendo que depende sobretudo da sensibilidade dos hóspedes.

good location. friendly and reliable staff. overall clean and organized. there were coffee, tea, some breakfast items for the guests. stores and restaurants are near by. easy check in and out. room and the overall set up were cute like old Italian home. it is a safe area.
we were on the street floor and because it was hot, we opened the windows. it gets loud until 12am. also due to thin walls, you can hear loud guests from kitchen and slamming doors. other than there was no problem.
