Great central location for shops and cafes. Beds were comfortable (the 2 singles better suited to children) and the shower was great. We appreciated the really well-equipped kitchen, useful downstairs loo and basket of logs for the fire. There is parking for 1 car in the drive and there was plenty of parking on nearby roads for the 2nd car. Lovely little walled garden which is a sun trap on a nice day. Plenty of plugs and mirrors for hairdrying for 4 women! Overall the house has a lovely homely feel and we really enjoyed our stay!
Although overall cleanliness was good, especially kitchen, bathroom and bedding, it was a bit dusty in some corners. Bathroom tap needs fixing. Couldn't use the table outside because it was broken.

The location is amazing - super close to town and the shops. The added bonus of a car parking space is great! The character of the house is delightful and there was plenty of space for 6 adults. The courtyard was so beautiful, especially early evening. Would definitely recommend to others!

Surprisingly spacious house with a pleasant courtyard garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and we found everything we needed. Lots of little touches, like spare wellies and umbrellas, made it feel like a proper home rather than a holiday rental. Location was perfect with the restaurants and shops of Frome on the doorstep. Thoroughly recommend the bakery in the church opposite the house. The parking space was very useful, though our party had two cars and parking the other nearby was not a problem
The third bedroom (twin) was quite small. It would be fine for children but my grown-up daughter and her 6ft 5in partner struggled a little. Fine for two nights though, and the other beds were super comfy.
