Location was excellent.
The breakfast was a nice touch.
Very spacious
The beds were really uncomfortable.
The check in process was really slow and we were left waiting around

Loved the location, 5 mins drive walk from the Duomo. Property is large and clean. I would recommend a stay but note the points below.
The air conditioning is only in a corridor near one bedroom and not on the lower floor so it was not all air conditioned. The WiFi only works in living room. We did find address at first hard to find, so be careful when you are walking to it. Look for the archway on the instructions and it was number 3. Photo below.

Everything was perfect: location and indications given, cleanliness, size, decoration, breakfast, kindness of the staff, BUT….
the beds were worn out and we had all the springs in our back so it was very difficult to sleep. For us a good bed is the first quality we can expect from a lodging
