Loved this stay! It’s a little loud but that’s because of the great location near the beach and dining. Host was great! Would recommend

The property was as described. It is a beautiful property right in the heart of south beach. I read the previous reviews so I was expecting the noise but that is definitely something to consider because it is all night long - up until 5am some nights. I woke up to people yelling and fighting a couple times. But my only real complaint is that the place smells. I never could quite place what the smell was. It’s a mix between the smell of throw up and cheese and the Lysol provided does not really take care of it.It really is a beautiful and iconic art deco property though. Everything was beautiful and comfortable.

My family of six stayed here very comfortably. The kitchen is comfortable and clean as is the rest of the apartment. The location is incredible, just across the street from the beach, and easy walking distance to multiple incredible restaurants. It can get kind of loud due to the bar next-door, but the walls block out much of this and earplugs are provided. The pool has incredible views as well, although it gets fairly crowded in the afternoon I would definitely stay here again.
