We are regular visitors to El Médano but this was our first time in an apartment as we brought our little pup with us. Excellent location to the centre of El Médano, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and main plaza. The apartment was exactly like the pictures, clean, tidy, fully equipped and easy access with the instructions from the owner. Great communication from Ruben before we arrived and a great list of places to eat and drink. There is a little balcony for having a morning coffee which is nice. We will definitely return.
We liked everything, however we did find the lounge area a little too hot without a ceiling fan like in the bedroom. There is a small stand up fan but it was still quite hot. Also no blackout curtains so it was very bright, but as neighbouring island residents, that's just what we are used to so it probably wouldn't bother sun seeking tourists.

La ubicación y el interior del piso. Moderno y bastante completo. Tuvimos un incidente con las llaves y lo resolvieron al momento.
El edificio es un poco viejo, pero eso no se puede cambiar. No había nada para el aseo personal( jabón o champú).
