Das Hotel war sehr sauber das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Das WLAN hat super funktioniert

Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die freundliche Cansu war sehr hilfsbereit, da unser Zimmer bzw. das Doppelbett zu klein für zwei Personen war (120 cm breit) haben wir sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.
Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, Zentrum von Alaçatı ist in 5 Minuten Gehweg.
Die Wände sind leider sehr hellhörig.

Beautiful hotel with a nice location! The staff were very helpful and kind, and the breakfast was amazing!
We had an issue with the lights in our room, but other than that, there were no issues.

Cansu (baskan) is the best! She helped us with restaurant reservations at last minute. We had car troubles after checkout, she helped with sending someone to rescue us.

Supernice and helpful staff. It’s a small and cute hotel with a really a nice room. It gives the feeling of a private villa, and the atmosphere were really friend. Location wise it was walking distance to the center of Alacati. I 100 % recommend this place.

Excellent hotel with really friendly staff who do their upmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Really enjoyed our stay at Art hotel. Great location, walking distance from all Alacati has to offer without been disturbed by late night noise!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this nice hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. from the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. the hotel design in general and the design of the room was impeccable. the hygiene, housekeeping was at the highest level. the breakfast was extraordinarily rich and the variety of dishes, the quality of the ingredients were all top notch. the staff hospitality was exceptional always a warm smile and genuine care... highly recommend this place!

Had a great time at ARTOTEL. It's the perfect mix between poshy and comfortable. Nice and clean swimming pool. Chill garden and we were in a room that was looking out on this. Within steps you walk in the centre of Alaçati with nice bars and restaurants.
Small bathroom, no fridge in the room and no waters for the first night. Other than that, the room was very cute with a split level.
