The property is definitely showing its age and could benefit from some updates. The décor and furnishings have a dated, almost “grandma’s house” feel. That said, everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and communication with the hosts was quick and easy. They were also accommodating in allowing us to stay until our taxi arrived at 10:45. The bathroom was a bit inconvenient, as there’s no traditional shower—just a bathtub with a handheld sprayer, making it difficult to keep water contained. There also aren't any shops or restaurants within easy walking distance, but we knew this from previous reviews and planned accordingly. Grocery and food delivery are available. For our purposes, it fit the bill perfectly. We arrived late, got cleaned up, slept comfortably, and headed back to the airport the next morning. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced option for a quick overnight layover. Don't expect to be wowed by the accommodations, but it gets the job done.

We only stayed one night at Milto’s place in Artemida, as we had an early morning flight out of Athens, but what a memorable stay it was! From the moment we arrived, Miltos greeted us with incredible enthusiasm, along with coffee, cookies, and tea. I personally haven't felt that kind of love and kindness in a very long time. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

It was kind of secluded. You need a ride to get to the beach or the town. But it is not too far.

It was very clean and comfortable for 5 people Everything smooth and the check in 23:00 with no problem at all Quick response from the owner to anything

For a Booking.com review, I’d make it warm, personal, and clearly recommend both the property and the host: “A wonderful place to stay! The house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the host is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!
