Firstly- staff who responded on the phone, the gentleman who came to the apartment to help us were fantastic The view, the location were spectacular, minutes to Marginal Way and shops, restaurants Now the disappointing features - the owner, the company that works with booking.com need to pay attention to a lot of negative things 1. The code they gave us to enter the apartment was wrong We had to wait outside the apartment door to get in for atleast 30 minutes or more 2. The bedroom door, the two bathroom doors, the door to the balcony are faulty , do not close properly 3. The apartment is not cheap, the owner and company need to be more responsible and accountable I wrote ahead of time requesting an iron and asking for earlier check in than 4 pm. And no response The lovely gentleman who is hired was able to get us an iron the day after we arrived All said and done we had a wonderful time in Ogunquit We are happy to return and stay at this apartment if everything is taken care of

The location and view cannot be beat in Ogunquit. It’s walkable to the Marginal Way, town center & even Perkins Cove! Everything you need for a lovely stay is provided.

You need to supply everything food wise you need as the only staple provided was salt. However all pots, pans, dishes & small appliances are provided for your use. That really was the only negative i experienced staying here.

It was very quiet. People were friendly. Pool across the street.

The code needed to get in and out the door. Directions were not clear. Not necessary to have a 10 digit code and dead bolt. Had to call for help to get in first time. Laundry is not coin operated. You have to done load an app. Set up took over half an hour because lack of internet. Directions for trash are incorrect. Need to clean out closets and bureau of linens. No place to put our clothes without cleaning them out ourselves.
