The inside of the home was stunning and had been recently renovated. There was plenty of space and the piano was a nice touch. The outside on the other hand needs some upkeep. The landscaping in the front needs to be done. There were overgrown weeds leading up to the front door and a pile of leaves in the front yard. The screens were torn on the screened in pool and the faucet outback near the pool did not shut off completely so it leaked constantly. When the hot tub was turned on the level of the water decreased significantly and we had to keep filling it up. The filter cover in the hot tub came off due to a crack in it. The bottom of the pool needed cleaned and some spots refinished.

We had a nice stay overall at this property. The inside of the home was clean, well-kept, and offered plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was stocked with the bare essentials, so it was suitable for our needs. The outdoor areas could use some additional attention, as they didn’t feel quite as well cared for as the interior. That said, the pool was a great feature—perfect for cooling off on hot days. One thing to be aware of is that pool heating comes at an additional cost, which can add up if that’s important to your stay. We also encountered a couple of minor issues upon arrival, but after reaching out, the owner responded quickly and resolved them, which we appreciated. The location is convenient to the parks, though with traffic, travel time to Disney was closer to 45 minutes. Overall, this is a solid option for families looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Very lovely home! Had a great time with family

The house needs a deep cleaning. There is visible dust on the ceilings and the floors are not clean. Outdoor patio needs to be power washed along with the outside of the house. Pool and hot tub floors are not clean and a cover should have been provided. We were unable to use the pool one day due to a broken timer as the pool was not properly cleaned by the tech. Water was flying all over the patio. When I called to get help I was told to turn the water off. The space in the house is nice but a lot of the renovations seem unfinished or poorly done. Overall, I would never stay here again. There was an extra fee for the pool and hot tub that was not included in the description which is misleading. The pool never stayed warm. There were also no cleaning materials provided. There are also a lot of rules to follow and notes throughout the home due to plumbing and air conditioner issues in the home. If we failed to comply, we would be charged more money. The refrigerator needed a new filter. It was just a disappointment.
