Once inside the apartment it was well laid out and all the equipment you would need for a short stay
Shower had warm water which is a plus in the Philippines but was broken all taps need some work as bathroom tap leaked
Location was poor we arrived late and had some bits to settle in didnt feel safe walking to the supermarket and as we are a young family this was a concern.
Hallways smell like a toilet and bin area was in a mess and by that there were vermin running everywhere.
It's a nice apartment but just wrong location for us

Cozy and everything is there already.
Overpowering scent of air freshener?

The studio is clean and smells really pleasant. Would have loved to stay longer. I had a good experience and the safety in the neighborhood is excellent. Small stores, laverie etc are available nearby. Supermarket, restaurants are just a few minutes by foot or buses. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.
