Staff are super helpful and accommodating. Great location and quiet area in Old quarter

The courtesy of the reception people and their concierge Anna in particular are exceptional. The location is perfect as it is close to the lake and both high-end and basic shopping areas plus numerous restaurants. They also have a nice breakfast available in the morning. For any other services, they are always there to help.

Anna, the customer service manager was very helpful. Staff members were friendly as well. Hotel location is within walking distance to many attractions and shopping area.

Food was delicious and the staff werevery helpful and friendly. The location was great, very convenient and close to the market and other tourist spots.
The air-conditioning wasn't working properly so the room could get quite uncomfortable. We also noticed that the area under the bed wasn't properly cleaned.

"Hotel in posizione centrale, belle e pulite le camere. In particolare voglio ringraziare Anna, così come le altre ragazze dello staff, per l'ottimo lavoro svolto e per averci omaggiato di alcuni servi..."
