Small hotel in the middle of the Old Quarter, close to the lake and everything else. We didn't know what to expect because there was a neon sign and the entry was small, but the rooms were great. There were two big queen beds (we are a family of 4) that were super comfortable, and a large bathroom, and there was AC. It's not luxury, but it's more than adequate and we could have easily stayed here longer to explore Hanoi, but only had 1 night, sadly. The staff also had the best English of all the places we'd been, so they were super helpful.

First, they changed the type of rooms of our booking and then tried to overcharge as our original booking were unavailable. Finally, room without a window and no matching the description of the listings

Great position and super staff! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, assisting our travel even after our check-out! I would definitely recommend them with any doubt!

No breakfast and restaurant service but the desk girls helped us suggesting cool places to have breakfast and lunch, definitely not a big deal!

Staff was friendly, prompt in responding to our requests.

Hotel is old, lift only service until Level 8 and we have to walk up to level 9 which is the highest level.

La ubicación está genial, el hotel en general también, el personal encantador. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente.

El baño. La habitación era enorme y muy bonita, pero el baño estaba bastante mal. La ducha rota, salía agua por todos lados menos por la ducha en si, estaba todo medio viejo y roto. No concordaba el baño con la habitación .

Central location, friendly and helpful staff and AC was very good (needed in 37 degrees heat). Netflix on the tv when the wifi wanted to work.

Room looked a little dated in comparison to the photos, was clean enough but not spotless. Wifi on the 8th floor did not work not sure if a hotel wide issue.

Location is accessible it is at the center. 5 minutes walk to The Old Quarter Lake, food stall all around. All good.

The best place to be

So comfortable and extremely nice staff. Accomodating and flexible.

The lift was a bit small but not an issue at all. The staff made sure to accomodate w everythibg as well as welcome us in after a long flight

Location was fantastic. Easy to navigate through old quarter. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff were friendly

Lift was broken, we were on the 7th floor so not ideal. No breakfast even though it was advertised as included.

the location was great. close to the centre and walkable distance to all the food places and near the beautiful lake.

the room was very very small and claustrophobic. aircon was not working well at all and there isn’t much ventilation. very tight squeeze.

 the property was located within walking distance to most of the sites and restaurants in Hanoi. James and Rose, the front desk attendants were super friendly, and very helpful with booking a walking food tour and the tour to Ninh Binh. The rooms were very nice and extremely clean. the beds were super comfortable as well. would highly recommend this hotel to others!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. they help us throughout the stay. they are kind enough to let us stay at the lobby when we reach there around 4am. the room and toilet is a bit small but still comfortable and clean. the location is great too as it is near to hoan kiem lake.
