Property was amazing, took my children and grandchildren therecfor the Thanksgiving holiday for some family bonding time. Excellent property, one block walk to the beech.

We definitely come back. House is very clean, spacious and the location is great. Heather was a great guest! We forgot my son's chain and she mailed it back. Thank you so much, he was very happy 😊

First off, the house is beautiful. It is a new build and relatively close to everything. We got the golf cart, which made packing stuff to the beach a lot easier. There was 10 adults and 10 kids and we all had plenty of room. Never felt like we was all piled on top of each other. Had great communication with property management, they was quick to respond. The pool area was nice, and the neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed our time staying in this vacation home.
We had no complaints, but maybe a suggestion- there was a broom for us to use, but a mop would have came in handy( dry up after kids getting in and out of pool) and maybe an extra set of dish towels.
I would definitely book this home again!!

Beautiful new beach house with plenty of bedrooms for a large family. Great room, dining room and kitchen provided plenty of room for entire family of 12 to get together. Then add in your own swimming pool, couldn't be better ! Golf cart very handy to haul people and beach stuff to beach walkway and every day but one space to park there. Very happy with our stay.

We had a part of 17 down for a softball tournament. This includes 4 different families. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy this amazing house! Everything was clean and just as pictured on the listing. Heather was beyond wonderful to work with, great communication, and super accommodating. We had the best week at her vacation home, we didn’t want to leave!

The home was very clean, comfortable beds, the home air conditioner was very cold, (which we could control) some places we have stayed at we could not control the air, it was preset at a temperature THIS HOME WE STAYED COOL AND COMFORTABLE. Pool was very nice, plenty of parking, and very nice furniture. The home was in a great location, close to everything. 2- refrigerators 2- washer 2- dryers this home has everything you need! The golf cart was one of the best we have had! The beach was just a short
distance away too. I cannot say any thing, but great things about the home and Heather!!!

We can’t express how happy we were with our stay not only with the house, but the communication was absolutely amazing!!!! The location is beyond perfect! Not only is there a pool here, but you are ONLY ONE BLOCK from the beach! Not even 10 minutes from pier park!!! Couldn’t have asked for an easier process and overall beyond amazing house! We will continue to book this house for our family vacations! (:
