The fully stocked kitchen is designed with convenience in mind, featuring modern stainless steel appliances—including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave—plus all the essential cookware and utensils for preparing your favorite meals. Start your day with a fresh brew from the Keurig or classic coffee maker, and unwind in the evening with a glass of wine using the provided stemware. Gather around the spacious dining area, where there’s plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy meals together.

Outdoor:
On warm Florida days, cool off in the private swimming pool or enjoy some friendly competition on your own sports complex, featuring a pickleball court, basketball hoop, and custom mini-golf course. You can even challenge your group to a game on the outdoor bowling alley! When the temperatures drop, cozy up around the firepit under the stars. This outdoor retreat adds endless fun and charm to your stay.

ADDITIONAL:
We do have video surveillance of the front door, driveway which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for large parties and events.

PETS:
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- ⁠No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside. Dog poop needs to be bagged and disposed off from the yard also.
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!

Good to know: There is an active construction site across the street from the property. Work typically takes place during standard daytime hours, and noise levels vary depending on the stage of the project. We have no control over the schedule or duration of this third-party work. Guests sensitive to noise may wish to take this into account when booking.

SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.

The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.
