Golf Simulator! We had an incredible time staying at 25 Starboard Tack. The house is huge and very well appointed. They recently put in a sunken theater and golf simulator that we had the privilege of being the first guests to use it. All our golfers loved it! It is also very nice to find a pet friendly home that is perfectly clean. The new owners and management company are also virus doing a great job. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Very well equipped house TV in every bedroom Fantastic pool and view of the lagoon Short walk to a fantastic beach Lots of activities close by... golf pickle ball bike rentals Many restaurants within 2 mile drive

We had a great stay at your house in Palmetto Dunes.Luxury , spacious, clean and well furnished. We would definitely like to stay again in the future. Thank you

Property, location in Palmetto Dunes all great. The issues were things that didn't work or things that we felt were "missing". Refrigerator was out for the first two days and we ended up having to throw food away. Projection TV in media room, we finally got to "semi-work", but no instructions. Outside of the kitchen, there was no comfortable family seating area. Media room only sat 6, and we had 6 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of space for seating in the foyer area that faced the lagoon, but it was empty. Outdoor seating by the pool - all of the cushions needed replacement. Corn hole tables are both rotted. Cushions missing on balcony and master balcony, the outdoor furniture was ripped up. Lack of hot water in one master. All of these are easily remediable. We wondered that the owners didn't want to make these investments because the property was for sale. Fix these things and it's 5 star. Bedrooms were comfortable. Master could have used some seating. Kitchen was well stocked. It's just a bunch of things and inconveniences to question if worth the price we paid. We have rented many houses on the island.
