Lans Hotel

Me gustó el trato del personal en general , habitacion limpia, el desayuno muy bien , la piscina muy bonita.

Estaría interesante cambiar sábanas cada día, al menos por las personas que sufrimos de alergias.

Personnel superbe, piscine et vue exceptionnelle. Tout est propre, neuf, bien organisé. Cocktail du pool bar très bon. Rien à dire à part superbe.

Emplacement un peu loin des plages à pieds. Sinon rien à dire sur l'hotel et le personnel superbe !

The view from the hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the infinity pool, bar area and access to towels. The breakfast was quite nice, although there could have been more options. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately, we had a few issues. There was three of us staying in the room yet there were only two towels and we had to ask repeatedly for more. There were also only two chairs on the balcony. Some of the staff were not very helpful and didn’t seem to that bothered about making our stay comfortable. We were disappointed that although there was no access to food aside from the breakfast we were forbidden from bringing any food into the hotel. Also, our stay didn’t get off to the best start when we found a cockroach in our bathroom! We did feel a bit unhappy when we left do not disturb on our door and came back to find somebody had been in our room. The safe in our room didn’t work and the mini fridge smelt disgusting, meaning anything we put in there also stank. Overall, it felt like a little more care could’ve been taken to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
