Free shuttle service (and you don't need to wait for 5-6 people to fill the car). Excellent hot springs with a waterfall. Spacious clean room. Fast check-in and check-out. Awesome location, 5 min away from Tendo station.
Their souvenir store was open but the seller was "out for five minutes" according to a small note, for straight 2 days.

Staff helpful and friendly. Very clean. Facilities top notch. Large bath house and sauna.

I loved the Onsen and our japanese style room. We had a nice view from the room. Buffet breakfast was delicious and had many local dishes.
Funiture showed a little bit wear and tear.
