Firalia Suites

Our suite at Firalia was perfect for our 4 night stay in Fira. The location is ideal - close to but just outside of the main restaurant, shopping, and tourist scene. Access to the property rooftop seating areas makes for a unique experience and allows you to take in the beauty of Santorini morning and night. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The daily room service and breakfast delivery were additional highlights that added to our experience. Our host, Christina was especially helpful in making recommendations, scheduling transfers / transportation, taking breakfast orders, and was very friendly and responsive.

Two small nits: the apartment could use an upgraded mattress. The current mattress is quite hard and not very comfortable. Also, a shower curtain or door to minimize water splashing out of the shower.

Nice Location, property was big, fantastic hotel manager :)

We had an amazing stay at Firalia Suites in Fira. The suite was beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Fira, with everything within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Firalia Suites to anyone visiting Santorini!

All was great

The location was amazing. Close enough to all the restaurants and shops yet far enough to feel that you are away from the hustle and bustle.

Nothing to be honest. I think the cleaner and porter were great value adds and the location is perfect.
