We (my wife and I) stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We took the KTEL bus from the airport to the Fira main station, and it's only a 3-minute walk to the hotel. Further, there were a few steps to climb, which was one of our main requirements regarding Fira! Ms. Selime was very kind and friendly to chat with us via WhatsApp, giving all the information we needed! We checked in before the standard time, which was a very welcome bonus. Our room (108) was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was fully functional and controllable from inside the room, and the bathroom was good. We booked the room with breakfast included, and we had a great time at the partner restaurant (The Corner) just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in Fira's city center. Finally, we would definitely stay here again!

Super convenient location, very friendly & helpful staff.
Very noisy at night you can hear the music on the street.

La musica di notte nella zona. Le camere erano insonorizzate bene. Però per il bisognava avere il climatizzatore acceso che era puntato direttamente sul letto. Quindi non il massimo.
