Close to downtown and university. Spotless apartment and owner was quick to answer questions. Look forward to staying here again.

The property is very nicely furnished, with a full kitchen and laundry. Very comfortable and clean, and the owners were great to deal with. I will definitely stay there again.

This is a fantastic space located within walking distance of downtown Gunnison. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it made for perfect access to restaurants, paddle boarding on Blue Mesa, and hiking in Crested Butte. The owner is very friendly and responsive!

We stayed for 5 nights and couldn’t have been more impressed with the two bedroom. This is a newly modeled space that is clean and up to date. Colleen and Evan are gracious hosts and respond quickly to any needs or concerns you have. I would highly recommend staying here.

Within walking distance from downtown Gunnison. Great kitchen and living space! Very comfy beds and recliners. Host was proactive with messages to us for a few things. I cannot say enough great things about this adorable space!

The property was beautiful and conveniently located with a short walk to to downtown. As a bonus there was a beautiful park right next door. Colleen is a perfect host and very communicative and responsive. Just my husband and I stayed but there is plenty of room to add more. We liked our stay so much, we discussed coming back to stay with some friends of ours.

New, clean, very comfortable, full of amenities. Host was very friendly, helpful and prompt with communication. Would definitely stay there again.

This was perfect for our stay! We had kids at Western basketball tournament. Easy for pick up and drop off at all the gyms. Close to lots of great food! Also, and easy drive to Created Butte for a morning of mountain biking!
