Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was pleasant. They had a surprising amount of pots/pans/utensils and seasonings to work with on our stay at home days. The area was quiet, and it's located next to a little walking path away from the traffic. Beds were comfy and everything just had a nice homey feel to it.

Great location, easy access to shopping, restaurants, walking/biking path and all that Colorado Springs offers. The pictures were accurate. Nice patio and additional shaded deck. The property and amenities have been updated. I liked the styling. The property is well maintained, the managers are very attentive and communicated promptly and were very friendly. Any property comes with some compromises. I prefer a very firm mattress and mine was on the softer side but I had no trouble sleeping. There were a few paint drips on the floor that should be removed but that is an easy fix. The showers are on the small side. I don't have any hesitation in recommending this condo and will use it again.
