Hotel Santa Teresa by the Beach

Location, friendly staff, breakfast, confortable and clean rooms and reccomendations.

Fabulous location near to Carmen Beach, supermarket and cafes/shops. The reception staff were fabulous and friendly for check-in as well as check out; in particular Luis and Astrid. The rooms and balcony were very comfortable and had everything you needed. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was made to order and the staff were friendly. They also provided beach umbrellas. We made two separate bookings and stayed for three nights as we couldn't get the same rooms but they upgraded our first booking so we didn't have to move rooms which was very much appreciated!

The pool area is not that big but of course there is the beach nearby. We didn't use the pool but there were a couple of evenings where the pool area was rather hectic, crowded and loud with children screaming until quite late. There may have been a big group staying over the weekend as this was isolated to then. It was quiet the rest of our stay.

Friendly staff, close to the beach, nice room. Good breakfast.

Small pool, but the beach was 2mins away.

The staff were very friendly and patient. They helped us with every complication we had. We felt welcome. Even water and coffee was available at any time. Everything important was within walking distance, the beach, supermarket, and bakery. Mucho gracias!
