The hotel has a great location, shops are very close, there is amazing restaurant on the groundfloor

- clean
- good staff
- spacious rooms/apartments
- with all necessary amenities
Suggestion:
- add a full-length mirror to rooms/apartments
- maybe improve a bit breakfast

I left some goodies in the fridge - something I wanted to take home as a present from Kazakhstan. Just checked out and left them behind - not blaming anyone except myself. However, in a situation like this it's appropriate for the hotel to contact the guest and ask what he would like to do with his belongings, even it's a bottle of brandy and a box of candies. That didn't happen and that does not look like what a rated hotel should be doing to their customers.
