Was very pleasantly surprised, parking was easy. It was genuinely 10 minutes walk to the Tesco front door and 15 into the town, at a normal walking pace. Very quiet, so much so that we kept the lights off and watched three hares in the half light, that was a surprise. Nice and clean, well equipped and modern, like someone's home from home. Shower was excellent and the combination boiler was very modern and quiet, we did need the heating one evening when it rained. Good fish and chip shop just offsite, Vegas and close to beach, 10 minutes walk. Got 4g signal and it looks like you can get onsite WiFi now.
Cannot fault it for the cost.

Clean and tidy.
The site was completely closed. Only reception open. Booking showed bar open but this was also closed. Spoke to reception who said the owners to make Booking.com aware of closure, and check if booking.com are aware. Badly lit outside so couldn’t see the puddles or mud while walking from caravan to road.
