Studio 6 Webster TX Houston NASA Lake

Good location

Could use a little TLC on the grounds and walkways between rooms

It was peaceful. They came to clean the room and restock clean towels and make up the beds. We had access to the pool which was nice.

We explained to the office that the TV didn't work with the remote that was in the room but no one ever came to check it out or fix the issue the lady in the office just said that they had some new system so we was unable to watch Tv.

Good area and value, the other residents and most of the staff are wonderful.

The pool was not operational all year round. The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned everyday, but maybe once or twice/week. My room had one roach in it and a spider so there is no insect treatment being done here. I have stayed over a month due to a mostly quiet environment, safe-nice area to walk. I realize the manager is trying her best to keep the grounds quiet for all guests, but promised the pool area would open and that day was delayed. A tornado hit this building and the manger actually told two grown guests that there "is a 10pm curfew; get back in your rooms."

It was clean & quiet… & good for me to take care of my business

A few problems with the room itself
