Location was great to walk down to the quay although not much of a view out of any of the rooms.good facilities.
No welcome pack. I don’t think I have been anywhere that did not have milk or biscuits. We had to hunt for the WIFi password; i would have expected this to be clearer. The windows upstairs needed a good clean and many interior dirty windows with hand prints. The parking was a challenge as firstly a grey car was parked at the entrance making it impossible to get in from one direction. We had a mini countryman and parking in the courtyard was a challenge as very little room to manoeuvre the car. No soap in upstairs bathroom. Bin had not been put together properly.

Great location a total home from home. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
If we visit wells-next-the- sea again I would want to stay there
Parking was a little awkward.
