A beautifully design, well appointed 3 bedroom terrace. It was spotlessly clean and provided with thoughtful equipment.

Great house in lovely quiet street, extremely clean. Patrick the host was very attentive and easy to contact if we needed anything. He always made sure our stay was going well too! Beds were comfy, enough towels to go round. Would stay again. Check in and out very easy. Some nice restaurants in that area too!

The property was clean and well-kept, with comfortable beds and a nice living space. The location was great for getting around Liverpool, and check-in was smooth with clear instructions from the host.

Our stay at Library House was generally good — the place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Communication with the host before and during the stay was also fine. However, after checkout, we were informed that the shower was broken and were asked to cover a repair cost of over £280. This was quite upsetting, as the shower’s front panel already seemed loose when we arrived, and no force was used at any point. We explained this to the host, but the charge was still reported through Booking.com. It’s disappointing to be held responsible for what appeared to be pre-existing wear and tear. I’d recommend future guests take photos on arrival just to avoid similar misunderstandings.
