All you need to stay in was there!

It was beautiful and I liked the pools

Nothing

The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was nice.

The room description on Booking lists a studio apartment with a separate sleeping room. However, the staff repeatedly claimed they upgraded us to a separate bedroom, which was incorrect. The listing also advertised a pool view and a garden view. In reality, our window faced an unsightly, undeveloped ugly plot of land, as you can see in the pictures. When we requested the view we paid for, we were told no other rooms were available. After we insisted, the young lady in charge simply suggested that we check out and leave. This was a completely unacceptable way to handle guest concerns. The property appears to misrepresent room amenities in their listing to attract people to book. As you can see, the property is seemingly fine, but definitely not „luxury“ as they claim.
