Sapa Legacy Hotel

Location is good.easy to go around.Hotel got restaurant and many good foods available nearby.

There are rooms to improve for the room and facilities (my personal opinion only)

We had a good room on level 3, overlooking the lake. We arrived early in the morning and walked down from bus stop to hotel. Great location. We waited in the lobby for about 15-20mins. We didn't mind it because it was comfortable and had restroom too. At 6.30am we were give a temporary room until our room was ready for a small fee of 300k VND. That helped us to shower and catch a nap, have some coffee.and water That room was a bit noisy but our main room was good; clean and spacious for 3 people.Room had all basic amenities; except fridge. Bathroom was clean. TV didn't have any channels tuned in but we could cast from our devices. The staff was polite and helpful. Room service and housekeeping was good. They came every morning to provide water, coffee sachets , clean towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was good, enough choice for vegetarian too. Though, eggs were only boiled and fried. We all loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you, Kevin and all staff. Daisy and RajeevG

We'd like to suggest that clear labels at breakfast table would be helpful, specifically for vegetarians.

Nhân viên ngoan và lễ phép; view 3004 đẹp, tuy nhiên bị tiếng nhạc làm phiền tới 11:00 ở quán cafe ngay dưới nhưng nhìn chung là chấp nhận được. Đánh giá tổng quan là 8/10 điểm..

- Nước nóng dùng bình nước nóng lạnh kiểu cũ nên nước nóng không đủ tắm được thoải mái, chỉ tắm đủ cơ bản sạch là hêt nước nóng. Khách sạn không trang bị hệ thống nước nóng tổng. Nhưng chấp nhận được với mức giá thuê phòng. - Phòng vẫn còn gián con.. có thể khách sạn đã chưa kịp xịt thuốc chống côn trùng định kỳ. - Tôi bị dị ứng một chút với chăn của khách sạn, có thể do cơ địa tôi nhạy cảm nên bị ngứa một chút. - Buffet sáng hơi thiếu món và chưa phong phú, nhưng chấp nhận được với mức giá.
