I’m such an alive of Snowshoe, I would be happy anywhere I stayed. The Heart of the Village is beautiful and cozy. The h

Everyone I came in contact with on the entire Mountain was incredible!! The room although small was very cozy, clean, and comfortable.

We didn’t get the memo that they had pushed the dates back to open the slopes. So maybe we jumped the gun. We decided to come relax for a couple days , enjoy the mountain, and lay in the hot tubs. The hot tubs is what actually enticed us to go. We were also told by a staff member that they were open, but that was false. What was worse, was we could see the hot steamy water from the window but they had the gym closed and locked so we could not get in. It was kind of upsetting to my girlfriend and me too. Hope you will look out for us on that because it was a real bummer!! Thanks

Having never been there the GPS took us to the top of the mountain so it was not very clear which building to go pick up the keys were at. But it was late at night and foggy which made it more difficult for us in general as well.

Description of building and location to pick up keys from would have been helpful with the confirmation
