Disappointing due to what happened but the location is gooda

In the ad he describes that there are several things but there is no ex washing machine, jacuzzi and etc.. this is disappointing Dear Sir or Madam, On the first day of my stay, the bathroom toilet paper holder fell off during normal use, and the dining table was broken and unusable. These issues were pre-existing and not caused by me. I have photos as evidence. I contacted the resort and was instructed to speak with the owner, but I have received no response so far. I am paying for an accommodation that is not in proper condition. I expect an immediate response to resolve this matter. Glaucia Macedo 301-820-5170

Disappointing.

Amenities listed on the property were not included with the price. You had to purchase an additional "Fun Pass" to use the "hot tub, pool with a view, sauna, and a steam room". When we arrived the tub did not drain and the hair dryer did not work. Building maintenance, Snowshoe Resort and Booking.com could not provide a phone number for someone to address the problem. I sent an e-mail as instructed by the Representative where we picked up the keys and it was not answered until 2 days after check out. We had to purchase Drano and a snake to unclog the tub drain so that we could use the shower.

I love Snowshoe but not this booking experience.

Snowshoe it self is amazing. But this privately owned unit was not what it claims to be. Also, the owner did not push my reservations to the resort so check in was a nightmare until Snowshoe was able to get the owner on the phone to confirm details… I was told this happens often with this owner. The booking gives the impression the amenities like the pool & hot tub are included but they are not since this is a privately owned unit. You have to purchase daily passes at $15 per person per day. The room was not cleaned to a hotel standard & the tub does not drain well. So you stand in water as you shower. Again the resort is amazing but I would not book this room again.

Snowshoe is beautiful, relaxing & great for so many activities. This room left a little to be desired.

great location but having more pillows and a decent fold out sleeper would have improved the stay!

sofa bed was terrible. Also, we needed more pillows.

Close proximity to slope and ski lockers, room was set up very well for size.
