The room was spacious, very close to tokyo tower and kids playground was just down the street

The staff was absolutely phenomenal. The location is great as it's close to the train station and close to multiple grocery stores. The entire hotel is very clean and new.
They definitely could do with a few more things in the kitchen.
The two futon mattresses are very thin. I would not have adults sleep on them! Thankfully we have two little kids who slept on them without issues.
