Location. Super close to 2 train stations and on the Yamanote circle line that made getting anywhere super easy. Plus the monorail to and from the airport. Spacious for 5 of us and lovely and clean and modern. Comfortable beds and sofa. Met by host on arrival which was a lovely touch. Oh and the musical microwave was a first for us! ☺️

Not the property’s fault but there were roadworks outside overnight one night which disturbed a nights sleep. Otherwise nothing.

It was good for a big group, comfortable and had a kitchen!

There is no long dressing mirror, and some more utensils would have been great

Love the clean, modern and spacious apartment! There was a washing machine and functional kitchen, large dinning table, 4 double beds and double wash basins. It was a very pleasant difference from the usual tight Tokyo hotel rooms. The location is very near to Daimon, Shimbashi, Hamamasutcho and Shiomeda stations, making moving around very easy. Getting the key was very smooth as well, the host was very friendly and was there to welcome and give clear instruction on the use of the facilities. Independent travellers should definitely give this apartment a try, especially if you have little need for hotel services. We had booked it on our last night in Tokyo after returning from Mt Fuji, wish we had booked it right from the beginning of our trip in Tokyo! We had a very good and comfortable rest that night.

Everything is great! Location was perfect. Room was very huge. Perfect for families! We enjoyed our stay here!
