Staying in this beautiful and authentic Tbilisi house was truly one of the warmest experiences I’ve had while traveling. The location is absolutely perfect -just 1 minute from the metro, and only 5–6 minutes to the city center by metro, which made exploring Tbilisi incredibly easy and comfortable.
The house itself is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. Everything feels cozy, stylish, and made with genuine care - from the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room to a separate working area with office supplies, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch.
But what made this stay truly special was the wonderful hostess, Suzy - an incredibly warm, kind, and colorful woman who made me feel at home from the very first moment. Her hospitality and energy created such a welcoming atmosphere that I already know exactly where I’ll stay every time I come back to Tbilisi.
Thank you for such a heartfelt and unforgettable experience -this place is a true gem.

Very pleasant and easy to reach host. All the facilities are new and good. Good neighbourhood and all necessary shops in walk proximity. Subway also in walk proximity.
There was a construction site across the road, so it might be a bit noisy, but It was okay overall.

We had a very nice time here :)
Newly renovated apartment, exactly as in the pictures. Equipped with everything you need. Super friendly owner who is easy to contact. Very close to the subway. Grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurant, wine shop all nearby. You can order food from all apps at this address.
A very good place to stay in Tbilisi.
