Very clean and awesome place. Perfect if you want walking access to Main St. We have stayed here twice now.

Everything in this condo is in excellent condition with some modern updates. The 2 pullout couches were perfect for our 2 kids. The foyer has multiple areas for boards/skis and an abundance of good plastic and material mats so you don't feel like you're bringing in too much snow. I made a mistake on my travel dates and the owner was very understanding and allowed us to extend our stay by a day with next to no effort. Will absolutely have this on the list of places to stay!

Great location. Love the neighborhood pool and hottub. Heated garage was a plus. Be aware there are stairs and no elevator but only one flight up from main level. Some sheets were missing but owners were super responsive and had them there under an hour. Walking distance to lifts. (If you need rentals, between the condo and lifts is Charter Rentals in Marriott lodge- You can leave your boots, skis there overnight and leave your shoes there during the day. Always easy checkin and checkout). Another fantastic Breck trip. Thanks!

Having stayed in several Columbine units, this was the nicest one yet. Nicely remodeled. It was great for 2 people and would be ok with 4. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Washer and dryer was a bonus. The bedroom had lots of storage for all the ski gear. The Columbine is a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift, which unfortunately had the longest lines in Breck each morning. Go before the 9 am ski schools start. While not a ski-in, ski-out condo, it's the next best thing. No driving is needed and the garage was great since it snowed 4 days out of 5. The community hot tub(s) are very close. It's also close enough to downtown if you want to walk and avoid the parking problems. Easy communication with the owner and management company. We would definitely stay there again.
