Everything was above expectations, from the self check in process to the room itself. We arrived earlier than check in time but easily found the locker to leave the luggage. Room was fantastic, illumination was great, bed comfortable, and all very clean. Kitchen was also very useful and big enough to be shared with other guests without having any issues. Location was also fantastic, with easy connection to trains and trams. Staff were also very friendly and fast to respond to any inquiries.
The room needs better ventilation, but not a big deal.

The location is close proximity to all nice places such as Train Station, Bus stops, Bars and Restaurants, canal for walking nor running and convenient shops etc. Real value for money.

Very clean and comfortable with good amenities. Convenient to some good cafes and supermarkets etc. Also liked the sustainability focus.
The room was a little too warm to sleep well.

Good concept (no reception, community room, …) clean and modern rooms for a decent price (for Amsterdam that is).
Enormous problems with the electronic key system (it didn’t work for both my partner and I). This was not solved immediately - also as there is no reception and the first contact is with a chatbot. Add to that no hot water during the first day and you end up with a semi-satisfied customer.
