Location, morning staff
The toilet outside the room is not good idea actually.

Great location, very comfortable with lovely decor. It felt super safe and homey.
Only that it was a little noisy at times during the night as it’s on a Main Street.

The location and helpful staff along with the delicious breakfast. Could not have asked for better
The elevator was broken and had to carry luggage to / from the 3rd floor

Communication was great and apartment was spotlessly clean and easy to access if you follow the online instructions clearly.
The apartment block was noisy at night. Due to the layout, there was not any sound proofing for people in the hallways and other guests didn’t seem to think about keeping noise levels down in the public spaces.
Also, light seeps through the doorway so if you need pitch black to sleep, it’s not possible here.
