Clandestino Hotel Pila Seca

Location is perfect. Easy walking distance to everything even though my husband and I are elderly (eighties) and he uses a cane. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most speak English. The hotel is very contemporary in style and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is quite adequate and there are wonderful cafes just a block or two away. The hotel restaurant is open for dinner and we enjoyed the meal we had there in a previous visit. There is a five star Italian restaurant, Ziracco, just a few steps away, a must visit. It's hidden from the street so ask hotel for directions

Excellent location for walking all over town

We can came to San Miguel to celebrate a friends birthday and to partake in the celebration of Dia de Muetros- the location was perfect- we mostly walked everywhere! The staff was extremely friendly- especially Miguel and Juan!

We had one evening where we came back late and the big doors were locked and we had to bang on the doors until someone finally heard us and let us in. But the next day we were given a number to call if it happened again- which it did not.

Loved the layout and the staff here. The location was excellent, directly adjacent to awesome boutique shopping and very easy to find. There is beautiful art here and the beds are soft and lovely. We also at at the rooftop restaurant and had an incredible time, visiting with the bartenders and Greg the owner. Get the salads!
