Great location in old town. Lovely renovation in old building. Good communication and helpful in telling us where to park for 2 nights at nearby location with in/out for 5 euros per night. Loads of lovely restaurants to walk to. Even though cars can’t park outside we were able to offload our bags out front and then go to park. Very clean.
Nothing really but there are quite a few stairs to get to apartment which is tricky with large cases. Some pegs would have been handy as I did some washing. :)

The apartment had everything needed and was in a quiet street but near all places of interest in Ioannina. Our one night stay went smoothly without any problems so I did not have to contact the host, but her details were in the room anyway so I assume it would have been easy to get in touch. The room was spacious and I think it would still have been even with the sofa bed open.
There is nothing negative to say about our stay here.

The location was amazing with a view of the castle from the balcony, a 2-minute walk to the lakefront, and convenient to all sights. Tons of restaurants. Quiet pedestrian street. Super clean with modern amenities. The owner is charming and very responsive and helpful!
