We liked that there was a washer/dryer and full kitchen. The space was large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the closet was huge!
The response time was slow to get a couple questions answered and the music from the nearby bars was loud on Friday night.

I loved the size of the apartment, how well equipped it was and how clean.
I did not like that there was almost no staff to assist. Everything had to be done over WhatsApp, which meant there was always a delay. For example, we ran out of toilet paper at night and I had to wait for a response until the following day. Although, it was not all bad, as I had a small inconvenience with the washing machine and one of the lovely cleaning ladies helped me dry my clothes in their dryer.
The other issue was the poor noise insulation. We were able to hear a person in another apartment clearly while he seemed to be working online.

Great location. Nice staff.
The apartment is extremely noisy on weekends, with very loud reggaeton music playing until 5 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. It feels like you're right in the middle of a dance floor. To make matters worse, the windows don't close properly, making it impossible to escape the noise.

"We travelled from the UK for StrayCity (Stray Kids) - the property was absolutely beautiful, very clean, spacious and fantastic location. The BEDS and pillows were SO comfortable. The staff went above..."
