Bedroom was big and clean.

room was right next to the street, so you could hear everything outside. The windows also faced the street and didn’t feel very secure, which made us feel a little uncomfortable.

The kitchen and the location.

There are some room issues like loose towel hooks and wobbly toilet paper holder. And the big window in the dining area allowed water onto the floor during the heavy rain we experienced.

Good location. Really clean and spacious. Easy check in and good communication.

The plastic sheets on the bed aren’t breathable and made for an uncomfortable sleep. One of the beds dipped massively in the middle, so much so, that I had to sleep with my children in another bed. Not a comfortable sleep.

The location was excellent. I come from Shoreditch in London and the neighbourhood had a similar vibe. Very cool, felt safe, really vibey. We were a bit hesitant after booking as we read someone was held up outside the building but after staying in Roma for a week, I think that was due to bad luck rather than specifically the location. The beds were big and comfy, the towels were thick, the property was clean and all the amenities we needed. Free laundry facilities also. We also had plenty of hot water from day 2 onwards (see below) The door security team were kind, as was the property host. I was a bit dubious following reviews online but I think a lot were addressed by the time we got there (ie towels, etc)

We had some initial issues. We were put in room 101 on the ground floor which has. Limited natural light plus the noise of the street was really loud. We asked to switch rooms on arrival to a higher floor and they said the two beds were only on the first floor so not an option. Upon waking the next morning we realised we didn’t have any hot water. The management came quickly to review and address jt. Because we complained they moved us to the third floor, where there was indeed a 2 bedroom apartment, it was quieter and slightly more natural light. We were told we could get a part refund for the first night and via booking.com we did. The remainder of the stay was pleasant. No complaints. If you are staying do not stay on the first floor.
