Cost and nicely decorated
Bed and sofa bed could have done with a mattress topper.

the mattress was cheap and useless . wifi details were incorrect and had to sort out the correct router. pubic and head hair all over the apartment. dust and cobwebs everywhere. carpets not clean. hard floor moped but not vacuumed so head hair pushed into corners. head hair in Info pack. errrrrr
