Easy key collection although it is tricky if you are driving. There is parking available but only after you have the keys
The lift.
We were on the 10th floor and I walked rather than get back in the lift. It feels very unsafe it rocks and judders making very loud noises.
I honestly thought at one point we were going to plummet to the ground floor! Very scary experience.
I have never been afraid of lifts but this one was awful

Very convenient to get from the train station, 10 minutes walk. And the same for getting to a concert at the symphony hall.
Plenty of shops and bars within easy reach.

Clean and bright. High up so like views. Had good kitchen facilities. Simple to get keys. Good wifi
Mattress was a bit soft for me. Else all ok

Communication before hand was very good. The apartment itself was exactly what I needed. It could be a really great stay if the issues below are resolved.
Firstly as a solo female traveller it is first and foremost important to feel safe. As the apartment is accessed with a single key (and there will be a number of keys) you need to put a bolt or chain on the inside of the door to make it secure. This is essential.
The apartment itself could be excellent but it was a bit grubby and not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. For instance there were hairs on the bathroom floor and I had to clean crockery before using it.

"The view from this apartment, and how close it is to the city centre was amazing. The rooms were nice and tidy and everything worked ok, though the main kitchen light flickered so I just left if off.
